Return & Refund Policy – SAJNAA

At SAJNAA, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, our return and exchange process is designed to be quick and hassle-free.

1. returns & exchanges (domestic orders)

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

 

Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging.

 

Only one exchange per order is allowed.

Requests must be raised through our Returns Portal.

 

Requests made after 7 days from delivery cannot be accepted.

2. exchange process

Enter your Order ID and registered details.

Select the item and choose your preferred size.

Our team will arrange a reverse pickup.

Once the item passes quality check, the replacement will be shipped.

 

If your preferred size is not available, SAJNAA Store Credits will be issued (valid for 3 months).

3. return process

Submit your return request via the portal.

After quality approval, SAJNAA Store Credits equal to the product’s value will be issued. Each order is eligible for one return/exchange only.

4. refunds

Refunds are issued as SAJNAA Store Credits (valid for 3 months).

Direct bank refunds are not available for domestic orders, except in rare, approved cases.

5. wrong or damaged item

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, raise a request within 2 days of delivery by uploading images via the portal.

6. non-serviceable pin codes

If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may self-ship the product to our warehouse.

Courier charges will be reimbursed upon sharing the receipt and tracking details with us at 📧 support@sajnaa.in

7. combo purchases

For partial returns from a combo set, refunds will be based on the adjusted product price after discounts. If discounts were applied on multiple items, they will be recalculated for partial returns.

8. international orders

For international purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted once the order is confirmed.

9. order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped. Orders that are already dispatched cannot be cancelled.
